No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking is allowed for 2. No trailers are allowed.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great property that met all of our needs. The beds were soft, everything was very clean, the hot water was aplenty, and the wifi was strong. We brought our own boat to visit crab island, so the private boat slip at this rental was a huge bonus. All in all, this rental is fantastic, especially for the price.My only issue is that the lock on the back door doesn't use the same code as the front door. This was challenging for us as we used the boat Saturday and didn't have a convenient way to get back inside.

Overall, the house was well maintained very clean and fully stocked. The price point was good for peak season and the booking and check in and check out. were very easy.

Nice size location for family or friends. Plenty of space to hangout. Multiple bathrooms was a huge plus, right on the water and not far from any fun.
