About this villa rental
Welcome to this rural villa located near the sea and the mountains in Port d'Andratx. This wonderful house offers all the necessary details to enjoy a few days of relaxation and the Mallorcan summer.
Outside, there is a swimming pool 9 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20 meters to 2.15 meters, as well as an outdoor shower for cooling off. The garden and the surrounding vegetation provide a peaceful and welcoming environment. In addition, there is a porch and two terraces, one of them next to the pool, equipped with furniture to enjoy the outdoors. For those who love outdoor cooking, there is a mobile barbecue available. There is also a toilet in the outdoor area.
Indoors, the living room features a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining area, open to the kitchen equipped with gas hobs, allows for enjoying delicious homemade meals. The house has four bedrooms, all on the first floor and equipped with fans. Three of them have double beds, and the last one has a single bed. Additionally, there are three bathrooms, one of them en suite with a bathtub, and the other two with showers, one on each floor. Finally, we can provide a crib and a high chair if traveling with your baby, and in the house, you will find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Port d'Andratx is a beautiful tourist area where you will find everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports clubs, sailing clubs, medical centers, etc. The area is surrounded by different coves such as Cala Racó, Cala Marmassen, Cala de s’Aritja, and various beaches. For hiking enthusiasts, you can take excursions to Sa Coma Freda, Puig de so na Vidala, etc.

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
