About this villa rental

Four double room beautiful villa. Very nice views to the sea and to the mountains. Private pool and garden of 500 m2. Air conditioned, heating system. 2 minutes walk to the sea, and 15 minutes by car to a golf course.
Two floors, in the main floor you have the kitchen, dinning-living room. one toilette, and one big bedroom with bath inside. In the first floor you have 3 double rooms with 2 bathrooms.
There is also a bathroom with shower in the swiming pool area.
High speed wi-fi.
All bedrooms have a direct exit to one terrace with sea views.
You can reach the sea just in 2-5 minutes by walk, and can go to center of Port d'Andratx in 10-15 minutes walking.

Well located house, 15 min walk to port, 2 min walk to beautiful cala. House is beautiful and spacious. Only disappointing aspect was the cleaning.

The house was very clean when we arrived and is very spacious. The location makes everything easy during your stay, you can walk to shops and restaurants, the Marina and beach etc. Port Andratx itself is a fantastic part of Mallorca. The house pool is a good size and the views, especially at sunset, were lovely. There is some nearby construction, however it did not take away from our stay. And our host was super helpful and accommodating at all times. We had a great stay and hope to return soon!

Pool needs a refurb. Biggest issue is that water pressure upstairs is virtually non existent. Basin taps run at a trickle. Only one set of very old bath towels provided. I would have expected at least 2 each and they need to be replaced with new ones
