This was a wonderful property just a short walk from Main street. The house was perfectly decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need.Angela is an exceptional hostess. She is super responsive and even provided us with a lovely breakfast. We will definately be booking this place the next time we are in Fredericksburg. Thank you Angela!

This house was awesome! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything! Great location, close to the main street, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. The host was very welcoming and replied very quickly when I did have a question. I would absolutely stay here again and will definitely keep it in mind for future Fredericksburg visits!

We had a wonderful stay in Fredericksburg! The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. Communication with the host was excellent, she was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any needs or requests we had.The house was immaculately clean, with clear and easy check-in and check-out instructions, and very minimal cleaning requirements upon departure (which we truly appreciated). The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and tower fans were provided in case it was warm. The temperature inside was perfect, and the A/C worked great.There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free stay, and we felt right at home.We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!
