About this cottage rental
Pine Hill Cottage is perfectly located to embrace all the magic and memories the Adirondack Region has to offer this summer. We are offering the entire Pine Hill Cottage beginning July 10th through Thanksgiving, with a minimum 2 night stay. A 3 minute walk down the street from Pine
Hill Cottage( or a minute drive) gives you
access to public fishing platforms at Cherry
Brook, and a place to launch your canoes
and kayaks into Lake Pleasant. There are two
public beaches that are a short drive from
the cottage, Speculator Public Beach(4
min drive), and Moffitt Beach( 9 min drive).
Additionally, right up the street from the
cottage is a hiking trail that leads to an
old cemetery that contains the grave of
Colonel Loring Peck. Hamilton County's
only Revolutionary War officer! The Town
of Speculator is located within 3 miles
for restaurants, shopping, Oak Mountain,
Camp of the Woods, and all the attractions
Speculator has to offer. Exterior security cameras only.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and has a nice location. You are close to town, but on a very quiet road. The lake is a short walk away, but not too far. We saw blue herons when we were down there.

Well stocked, clean cottage with everything we needed for our weekend. Canoeing on the Kunjamuk was just a 5 minute drive away. The well-stocked fire pit made for some nice campfires. We would book Pine Hill Cottage again.

Looking at the pictures of the property grounds, I expected lake access from their property. Instead it was a walk down a steep hill to a public place I found crowded with guys fishing.
