The apartment is located one block away from Citlaltepec roundabout, where you can find delightful cafes like Ojo de Agua. My favorite yoga studio is also there on Amsterdam Avenue, one of the most beautiful streets in Condesa and CDMX.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen, and a terrace ideal for enjoying a morning coffee. It has its own washer-dryer, and the kitchen is equipped with all the amenities for your stay.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors can leave behind unpleasant odors and potentially damage the furniture. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, building, or right outside of it.
No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property
Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
