Set over two floors and covering 110 m², the home accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 cozy bedrooms and a modern bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, and bidet.
Rolofshagen lies on the Mecklenburg Baltic coast, between the historic town of Klütz (7 km) and Grevesmühlen (4 km). The sandy beaches of Boltenhagen and Wohlenberger Wiek are just a short drive away, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or exploring the lively promenade, spa park, and marina.
Enjoy cultural outings to the Pirate Open Air Theater in Grevesmühlen (June–Sept) or a fun day at the Dassow Tiger Park. Nearby cycling and hiking trails lead through forests, fields, and coastal scenery. Klütz is home to the impressive Bothmer Castle and beautiful gardens.
A private garden with a pool (3.5 m wide) adds to your leisure time. Grevesmühlen also offers supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and shops for everyday needs.
