Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Ferienwohnung. Die Küche sehr gut und mit einer Vielzahl an Geschirr und Besteck bestückt. Tolle Aufteilung und Einrichtung der Räume, die auch bei schlechtem Wetter zum Verweilen einladen. Nette und zuverlässige Vermieter. Super Lage, nur ein Katzensprung zum Strand mit eigenem Strandkorb. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit einer Kleinfamilie!

Tolle Lage, beim Einschlafen hört man die Ostsee rauschen. Zum Standkorb sind es 4 min. Wenn die Bäume ohne Laub sind, kann man vom Balkon die Ostsee sehen, im Sommer zumindest erahnen. Von Hohwacht kann man viele Ziele an der Ostseeküste bis Fehmarn gut erreichen, auch mit dem Fahrrad. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Das Haus liegt trotz der Nähe zum Strand sehr ruhig und ist auch sehr gepflegt.

Hohwacht ist für eine erholsame Ferienwoche mit der Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, insbesondere die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist grössenmässig für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder angemessen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die inkludierte Nutzung des schönen Strandkorbes sowie der kurze Weg zum schönen Strand.

Aufgrund der Beschreibung „luxuriöse Ferienwohnung“ und der Fotos, aber auch des uns berechneten, hohen Preises (Miete + Fewo-direkt-Geb. + Kurtaxe) hatten wir hohe Erwartungen, die nicht erfüllt wurden. Irritiert sind wir v.a., dass es so scheint, als ob uns ein (COVID?)-Aufschlag von 58% in Rechnung gestellt wurde – zumindest hätten wir (bei mehrfachen Versuchen) die Wohnung im gleichen Zeitraum für nächstes Jahr (2021) für einen deutlich geringeren Betrag pro Nacht über fewo-direkt buchen können. - Wohnung: besteht weitestgehend aus Schrägen und bietet nach unserem subjektiven Eindruck keine 85qm zur Nutzung. - Lage der Wohnung: schön - Vermieter: anfangs sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - Kurtaxe: nicht inklusive, vorab nicht klar kommuniziert - Wohn-/Essbereich: geschmackvoll; restliche Räume: eher pragmatisch ausgestattet - diverse Dinge nicht in Ordnung. Einzeln betrachtet nicht erwähnenswert, in der Summe u.E. nicht zum Preisniveau passend: • Duschabfluss lief von Beginn an nicht richtig ab • Duschkopf musste mit Kabelbinder gehalten werden • Toilettenbürste hätte u.E. vor unserer Anreise schon ausgetauscht werden müssen –gerade in COVID-Zeiten nicht hygienisch • beide Insektengitter im Schlafzimmer auf der Galerie defekt • keine wirkliche Verdunklungsmöglichkeit • u.E. wenig Stauraum; der im Flur war aufgrund eines starken Geruchs nach Reinigungsmitteln nicht für Bekleidung oder Lebensmittel zu nutzen • Bettkasten unter dem Bett auf der Galerie nicht gereinigt • Bettlaken teilweise zerschlissen • Safe funktionierte nicht • Balkon: schön, war aber sehr zugewachsen und ist u.E. max. für 2 Personen geeignet. • ... Die defekten Insektenrollos auf der Galerie haben wir direkt am Anreisetag und auch noch einmal nach rd. 1 Woche reklamiert, sie wurden jedoch während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Im Nachhinein wäre es wichtig gewesen, auch die anderen Punkte noch während des Aufenthalts anzusprechen, da der Vermieter nun im Nachgang impliziert, dass wir für diese teilweise selbst verantwortlich wären - was definitiv nicht der Fall ist! Wir hatten uns auf dringend benötigte Erholung in Hohwacht gefreut und wurden enttäuscht. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung einen entspannten Urlaub und fanden hier alles vor, was wir dafür brauchten. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe durch den freundlichen Vermieter erhielten wir viele Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung in der näheren Umgebung. Insgesamt konnten wir es der Ausstattung anmerken, dass die Ferienwohnung zumindest zeitweise auch durch die Vermieter genutzt wird. Von der Küchenausstattung über die Einrichtung und die Fliegengitter und Verdunklungsrollos in den Fenstern bis zu WLAN und Bodenheizung ist alles vorhanden. Die Bezeichnungen "luxuriöse Ferienwohnung" und "direkt am Meer" lassen einen gewissen Interpretationsspielraum. Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennenist, handelt es sich um eine Maisonnettewohnung mit Dachschrägen. Bei dem "King-Bett" im DG handelt es sich schlicht um ein Futonbett 180 x 200 mit 2 Standard-Matratzen. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer (mit im 1. OG, Kinderzimmer) befinden sich 2 Stapelbetten mit Standard-Matratzen. Wer hier zu hohe Erwartungen hat, wird möglicherweise enttäuscht sein. Die Ostsee ist in Hörweite und theoretisch auch in Sichtweite. Allerdings versperren im Sommer hohe Bäume die Sicht. Da jedoch (zumindest während der Saison) auch ein Strandkorb zur Nutzung überlassen wird, kann man die Aussicht wunderbar auch dort genießen. Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis durchaus angemessen und fair und würden hier auch in Zukunft wieder Urlaub machen.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es handelt sich jedoch um eine Dachwohnung mit Bett unterm Giebel. Jedes Zimmer hat Dachschrägen. Die Kniestock-Höhe beträgt deutlich weniger als einen Meter. Wer eine geräumige und großzügige Wohnung erwartet wir enttäuscht. Das sollen 85 qm sein?

Bei offenem Fenster Wellenrauschen, morgens gleich der Blick aufs Wasser, nach dem Frühstück gern zum Strandkorb, der dazugehört. Herrlich. Interesting archtecture. One has to get used to the sloping ceilings. Goegraphical location is very good. Aspect a little unfortunate in that there is no sun to the rear where the balcony is located and trees block the sea view. Has everything a visitor requires so far as furniture, furnishings and kitchen equipment are concerned. Would recommend a stand for hats and coats in the hall. It was nice to have a safe, but the location is most inconvenientII All in all, we spent a very enjoyable week in the flat.

Alles sehr komfortabel mit vielen Küchenutensilien. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr empfehlenswert. Gemütlich und hell durch die offene Holztreppe nach oben. ca. 100 m zum Strand und ein Strandkorb war inbegriffen. Am Abreisetag sollte man um 10 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen und nicht wie auf unserer Bestätigung stand: 11 Uhr!!!! Dadurch gab's etwas Stress.

Die Ferienwohnung "Meerzeit" in Hohwacht ist ein Gedicht! Lage, Ausstattung etc. fanden wir wie beschrieben vor. Der Vermieter empfing uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, so dass wir uns, nach neunstündiger Anfahrt, gleich wohlfühlten. Das Domizil, super gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet, bot alles, was wir brauchten. Handtücher und Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf gab es mehr als genug. Alles, aber auch alles war vorhanden. Meinen Mann begeisterte die digitale Anbindung - alles perfekt. Wunderbar war der lauschige Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Im kleinen Supermarkt in ca. 300 m Entfernung (leckere Früstücksbrötchen!) bekamen wir alles, was wir brauchten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das kleine Strandbistro "Toms Hütte", welches sich in wenigen Schritten erreichen lässt. Dort in der Sonne zu sitzen, einen wunderbaren Milchkaffee zu schlürfen und auf das Meer zu schauen - das ist Entspannung pur! Nicht zu vergessen, den gemütlichen Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört und sich ebenso in wenigen Schritten erreichen lässt. Das Feriendomizil Meerzeit werden wir in unserem Freundeskreis sehr gern weiterempfehlen - und wir kommen auch wieder. Alles Gute den Vermietern! Brigitte & Dieter Adler
