eine sehr schöne und reichhaltig ausgestattete Wohnung.
Kritik: die hohe Zuwachsung mit Büschen und Bäumen vom Nachbargrundstück stört bei Nutzung der Terasse im Erdgeschoss (Sonnenschein).
