The open-concept living area located on the main floor of the home seamlessly connects to the dining space, which features a large table and bar seating. The fully equipped kitchen comes with brand-new appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. On the top floor of the home, you will find another large living room area with its private kitchen as well. Stock the fridge full of drinks and the kids can have their own seperate area to watch TV, play pool, or hook up your favorite gaming console.

The pool is able to be heated Sept - Dec and March - May.. it is an additional $400 pool heating fee that is handled outside of this platform
