Welcome to this amazing, two-bedroom cabin on Lake Champlain. Wake up to the sun rising over the Green Mountains in Vermont across the lake. Or, linger in bed listening to the water lapping on the shore right out your window. The Waterline cabin is directly at the water line with a hot tub balcony, and lake access. To relax after a hard day of fun and enjoyment, slip into your very own hot tub at the Waterline. If you are looking for more, Plattsburgh is a short drive North along the lake.

The cabin has two private bedrooms, a balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the lake, lake access, small living room with sofa bed and TV as well as a small kitchen. It is everything you need for a relaxing stay by the lake.
This unit also boats your own personal hot tub for up to 6 people.
Guest Access:
The door to this unit has a key code that will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
During the day you can enjoy the Ausable Chasm, Ausable Point State Park, kayaking off the shore or in the Ausable River, hike in the Adirondack Mountains, visit Rulf's Orchard for some homemade cider donuts, and more.

Although we do not live on site, we are only a short 7 min drive away. Your stay with us is very important to us, and we value your privacy, but are near if you ever need anything. We will do our best to never intrude on you. If you need anything please let us know.
We like to greet guests whenever possible when they arrive, however, if this is not possible, as soon as I can touch base with you I am more than willing to give you a tour of your unit and explain about the amentities and other things ZaLo House has to offer. To get you started though, the house manual should explain all the essentials for your stay.

Perfect location to stay for an event at the Valcour Inn. Best suited for 1 couple with a child or 2. Tight fit for 2 couples - consider the larger house.If bringing a dog - do let them know in advance (I didn’t realize they needed to be notified in advance of the dog as the post said pet friendly.)Also, expect drop-bys from the owner with his children as you checkin and an hour before you checkout. High-touch hosts.

Absolutely beautiful property, the cabin sits right on the shore and was perfect for us and our corgi Fawn! The host Jon and his staff were so nice and attentive to anything we needed. Thank you again for hosting us, we had a great anniversary trip and greatly enjoyed both the property and the beautiful towns in the area, absolutely reccomend visiting!

We had a lovely one week stay at the Waterline Cottage at ZoLa House. It was the perfect relaxed vacation to celebrate my husband’s retirement and for me to recharge and be ready to go back to school and teach for another year.The cottage was just the right size for the 2 us and had everything we needed including laundry facilities and a cute little dishwasher to minimize chores.

The accommodations were good, just as one would expect. The house had every amenity described. The location was stunning and the sunrise was perfect. Lake Champlain is hard to beat, the sailboats and water crystal clear.However I have been staying at VRBO’s for six years with over 10 stays all over the East Coast and I have never met a host…ever. Now from almost Canada to Florida I have never had a host show up daily. Unannounced and at all hours of the day. This is clearly why people rent on this site. Privacy is stated in the contract.We also had property work performed daily. From landscaping for two days to 4 trucks of men doing light scapes. We were a mother daughter pair looking for a little relaxation only to have my daughter go to do laundry and find 3 men in the basement.The final straw was after my daughter took out the trash on our check out day at about 6:30 AM I received a text from the host saying when could he and the kids show up to give us “something his kids made”. At 6:45 AM?! I can only give a 7/10 at best.
