Charming and tastefully decorated, this lovely 60m2 two-bedroom apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon!
The property is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dining table where you can gather for a delicious meal.
For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds and a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Great location, cute and historic apartment. Bathroom had a strange smell and there were unknown stains around the shower and bathroom doors. Kitchen was fairly well equipped but lacked attention to detail (coffee machine but no supplied coffee pods). Shower was leaking and no toilet paper holder but management fixed the issue shortly after contacting them. Overall would recommend, thank you for the great service and comfortable stay.

Every room is smaller than in pictures. The bedrooms are fine but the bathroom has a pretty dirty feeling. No capsules for coffee, tablets for wash disher provided (only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family for a week). All in all it's an average place but I definitely wouldn't book it again.
