HOT TUB
This home is equipped with a hot tub and has been serviced by a technician prior to your arrival.
All members of your group, including children, must follow the below hot tub safety rules. Failure to abide by these rules will place any users at risk for infection. You are responsible to ensure that all members of your group use the tub safely.
NOTE: Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub
1. Each guest must rinse off in the shower before entering the hot tub and after using the hot tub. Lotions, oils, hairspray, perfume, and deodorants may react with the chemicals in the water and failure to rinse off may subject users to infection.
2. If there is a sanitizing dispenser floating in the water, do not tamper with it. You must leave it in the water at all times to keep the water sanitized. Removing the sanitizer dispenser will place users at risk for infection.
3. Please do not add anything to the hot tub water including chemicals, soaps, bath oils, etc, as they clog the filter
4. Do not use oils, lotions, creams, etc, in the hot tub.
5. Do not allow anyone to urinate in the hot tub.
6. Take special care in removing cover - it is fragile
7. Carefully place cover on hot tub when not in use to maintain heat and prevent excess water and sanitizer evaporation.
8. Damage to the hot tub cover will result in a $500 replacement charge. Do not sit, stand or jump on the cover.
9. Make sure cover is secure when the hot tub is not in use.
10. Do not turn off or unplug hot tub.
11. Do not use glassware in the hot tub
Neither the property owner or management company shall be liable for any injury or sickness due to using the hot tub. USE THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Please contact me if the hot tub needs extra servicing during your stay (extra servicing is not included in your stay and will incur a fee).

As this is the mountains and we often experience storms and high winds, we sometimes experience outages of various kinds. They are almost always turned back on quickly and we won`t be able to give refunds for outages except for on a case by case basis. *If you know you need internet, please consider bringing your own hotspot to avoid missing important meetings

• If any important items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to mail them back to you! There is a fee of $30 + shipping to cover the cost of the extra time it takes to mail items back

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Tiny cabin! The cabin is located conveniently between Boone and Blowing Rock. It is a quiet area, which is nice. At this time, there was a lot of construction happening on one of the roads close to the cabin but I think that will end within the next few months. There are other dogs that live around the house so be sure to keep your dog on a leash. The place was clean and the owners were responsive via text. However, when we actually needed something, it took a while to get action. When we first arrived, we needed refills of soap in the bathroom. I only found out after I started taking a shower, which is super annoying. It took more than a day for someone to be available to refill the soap. In the meantime, I just used whatever other soap was in the cabin and bought my own later that day. On another occasion, an animal toppled over the trashcan in the back of the house and went through all the trash bags. We had to pick up all the trash and re-bag it. The trash can situation needs to be updated or else this will probably continue to happen. The outdoor sitting area is really nice, and cozy. I really liked having a washer and dryer at the house. Note that there is no dishwasher. Some of the towels that were at the cabin were old and frayed. Others felt brand new; we stuck with those. Overall, great stay!
