For the golfer there are a variety of golf courses to choose from, with Providence Golf Community just a couple of minutes' drive from the vacation home. The Champions Gate area has a wide variety of dining and shopping amenities as well as offering easy access to the theme parks and attractions, and the beaches on both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Also within easy reach are a variety of lakes for fishing, boating and water skiing.
This spacious home has an attractive and stylish family room, with large flat screen TV, and looks onto the pool deck. The well-proportioned formal dining room looks onto the front garden. The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay. The laundry is equipped with a washer, dryer. There is also a small lounge area which overlooks the pool deck.
Bedroom 1 is a large, light and airy master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open onto the oversized pool deck.

The telephone service allows for free dialing to land lines throughout the USA, Canada and 5 major European countries (especially the UK). The fully screened, oversized pool deck with covered lanai has a pool with integrated Jacuzzi, a good stock of sun loungers and attractive patio dining set and is well set for those lazy days of lounging and dining after the hectic days at the attractions or shopping. The pool area is quite private as it is partially screened by a hedge and looks onto conservation land. The generous size of the pool deck enables guests to choose whether to enjoy the Florida sunshine or sit in the shade throughout the day.
PLEASE NOTE: This 5-bedroom pool home can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 8 guests (including children and/or infants). NO PETS ALLOWED. Pool heat is available on request for a separate charge – minimum duration 5 nights. A check-in/registration package will be in the home on arrival for guests to complete and sign, which will be collected from the home 24-48 hours after arrival.
