The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay. The laundry is equipped with a washer, dryer.

Bedroom 1 is a large, light and airy master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open onto the over sized pool deck.

Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 has twin beds.

Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed.with full sized bottom bunk and twin top bunk.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share the family bathroom.

This home has 7 plasma TVs, 3 DVD players and a games console. For your further enjoyment there are also 2 games rooms. If you bring your laptop then you are well served as this home has wireless internet access. The telephone service allows for free dialing to land lines throughout the USA, Canada and 5 major European countries (especially the UK).

The fully screened, oversized pool deck with covered lanai has a pool with integrated Jacuzzi, a good stock of sun loungers and attractive patio dining set and is well set for those lazy days of lounging and dining after the hectic days at the attractions or shopping.. The pool area is quite private as it is partially screened by a hedge and looks onto conservation land. The generous size of the pool deck enables guests to choose whether to enjoy the Florida sunshine or sit in the shade throughout the day.
Pool heat is available on request for a separate charge – minimum duration 4 nights. A check-in/registration package will be in the home on arrival for guests to complete and sign, which will be collected from the home 24-48 hours after arrival.
