This recently renovated apartment has been designed with care and attention to detail, so you feel at home from day one. With space for up to 4 people, it’s perfect for families, couples, or colleagues studying or working who are looking for a place to stay for a while.
It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, where you can relax watching your favorite series or movies on the flat-screen Smart TV after a day of work or study.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, cooking utensils, and a washing machine, so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The bathroom has a shower and includes basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, and soap, as well as bedding, towels, and a cleaning kit.
Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort all year round.

HOW TO GET AROUND
You can walk to all the places of interest, but you also have several nearby metro stations and buses.
Metro Gran Vía:Lines 1 and 5. You can reach La Latina in 2 stops on line 5.
Metro Sol:Lines 1, 2, and 3. From here, you can easily reach any point in the city.
To reach the apartment:
From the Airport:You can take a taxi with a fixed fare of €33 or come by metro: Take line 8 from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran Vía station, and walk 2 minutes to the apartment.
From Atocha Station:Take metro line 1 directly to Sol station, then walk a few minutes to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station:Take line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran Vía station, and walk a few minutes to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking lots. Please consult the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

Very cute, charming, and clean modern bathroom. Also perfect location, super close to a lot of great shops and restaurants. Right across from the police station.

We spent 8 days and loved the location! The Puerta del Sol is steps away and in the heart of the old city. Easy access to the metro and 15 minute walk to places like El Prado Museum, the Royal Palace and Plaza Major. Small grocery store two doors down and big grocery store a block away in the basemen of El Corte Ingles store. The apartment had everything we needed including cleaning supplies and towels/sheets and soap as well as a washing machine (no dryer). We would definitely rent this apartment again!

The flat is well-appointed and in a great location. The only issue is that it was advertised to accommodate 4 adults. The fold-out couch is a futon, appropriate for 1 adult. There also were sheets but no blankets/comforters to use.
