It was plenty of room. It was clean, The pool was clean little cold, but I guess it would be that time of year, even though it was heated. The hot tub was a little chilled, but I guess it’s just that time of year. Other than that. We had a great time. I would recommend any family staying there.

Great location to Zion. Very clean, pool wonderful after a day of hiking.Quiet neighborhood .Plenty of great restaurants in LaVerne and nearby Hurricane. Recommend the Kannara Falls hike if into that, only 30 mins away. Sunset at LaVerne outlook worth the bumpy ride up. Highly recommend

Property felt run down. Opportunity for general maintenance. Cleanliness was good minus a stain on the sheets, air vents needing attention, etc. Hot tub had issues which was fixed but then it was never properly filled. Inside gathering area is small for large group. Dishwasher did not work properly either. The property manager was responsive and allowed for early check-in which was appreciated.
