This spacious detached house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 main living rooms, a sunroom, kitchen and utility room. It comfortably sleeps 10 people.

Well-maintained garden with a playground, treehouse, garden furniture, BBQ and stunning sea views is available for our guests. The house is positioned on a 1/2 acre of grassed matured lawn with surrounding trees and hedging giving that extra bit of seclusion, fully fenced.

This is a wheelchair-friendly holiday home (accessible) with a ramp around to allow the access via kitchen patio door, the downstairs bedroom is wheelchair accessible.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €500 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year this can increase to €1000 per property.
