Charming mazot located in a quiet hamlet between the centre of Chamonix and Gaillands lake. As well as its ideal location, you'll appreciate the proximity of public transport and the charm of this recently-built property, which is perfectly equipped for a stay with friends and family. This 35sqm apartment in a quiet hamlet comprises the following rooms:

> Living room with dining table for 4 (TV, WIFI)
> Fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave grill, glass ceramic hob, etc.)
> 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (80/190) and storage space
> Bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
> Covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and sunshine all year round
A ski locker (terrace) and 2 parking spaces complete this property.
Please note: construction works nearby are underway and may cause disruption Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
