Belvedere 2c Vacation Home:
The newly built Belvedere 2c vacation home is situated in a fantastic location in Sehlendorf, within a quiet and very tastefully designed new development in the Swedish style. It is just over a kilometer away from one of the region’s finest sandy beaches. Built in 2020 and featuring elegant, high-quality furnishings, the house offers ample space for up to 6 people (4 adults + 2 children) across 95 m². The particularly bright living area has a modern feel, featuring a sofa nook (with a 140x200 sleeping option) and a TV. Adjacent to it is a dining table that seats up to 8 people. The open-concept kitchen is generously equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and much more; its open layout provides plenty of room to move around.
One of the bedrooms features a double bed (180x200), and a pull-out couch (140x200) provides additional space for one adult or two children. The second bedroom has two single beds (140x200); it is furnished with wardrobes and a desk. The windows can be completely darkened with thick curtains. Overall, the sleeping arrangements are very flexible. For example, an available mattress topper (140x200) can be used to transform the sleeper sofa in the master bedroom or the one in the living room into a truly comfortable bed. Each bedroom has one fly screen.
The bathroom on the upper floor of this charmingly furnished house is also a highlight. With a shower set very close to the floor (not walk-in), a spacious sink, a toilet, and an elegant design, it has a very welcoming feel. Across from it is the sauna, which further enhances the property’s feel-good factor. On the first floor, there is a small, charming guest restroom. Of course, there is also an utility room with a spacious closet, a washer, and a dryer.
The stylish outdoor area, accessible directly from the living and dining area, offers another place to relax with a terrace furnished with garden furniture.
There are 2 parking spaces right in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked right next to the house entrance.
