The bathroom is complete with towels, hair blower, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion.
For our light sleeper guest, the room has a blackout curtains.
Feel free to hangout and enjoy our shared beautiful backyard with a BBQ pit.
SHARE BACKYARD:
Our guest can enjoy the shared backyard with our other studio Airbnb. You may or may not see them during your stay.
Our garage doors non-operational and must not be used to go in and out of the house. The garage is only a shared space between our guests and it's strictly to do laundry and for our cleaners to turn over our bottom studio.
I’m addition, if you don’t have a picture of yourself in your profile, we will require for ID with picture to ensure that we are letting the right guests in our home.

laundry area with our cleaners when they need to clean the suite downstairs. The garage door is inoperable and MUST NOT BE OPENED to go in and out of the house. The garage is strictly for laundry.
SHARED LAUNDRY:
Laundry must be operated from 10:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm sharp to be respectful to minimize the noise to the adjacent suite.

San Francisco has really cleaned up its tourism. I didn't see any encampments around the city or University. The house we stayed in was a quiet little suprise in a great neighborhood. It was just as advertised, close to shopping, airport and most attractions including the beach. My family and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the San Francisco Bay area or any places in between. Awesome host any very kind and helpful.

Property was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, well-furnished and included everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, and the property was in a nice neighborhood. I was well aware of the likelihood that there would be another guest on the property (downstairs). However, I was surprised with the lack of privacy. There are large windows in the dining area and double doors/windows off the kitchen, neither of which have any window coverings. The downstairs guest passed by the windows and kitchen (within very close proximity. due to the compactor nature of the properties) several times during our stay. The motion lights also activated at night several times. This was uncomfortable and left us feeling like we didn’t have privacy. The window in the upstairs bathroom also had no window covering. It does face the roof of the neighboring home. However, having the option of pulling a shade or curtain when showering would have been appreciated. I would love to have given this property a 5-star rating, and would easily do so with the addition of window coverings. If having no shades is ok with you, you will love this place!
