About this house rental
This is a spacious and welcoming second floor home! Suitable for the whole family! There are four bedrooms in total. The three secondary bedrooms all have queen beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, workbench, large wardrobe room, and two-person washbasin. There is a big bathtub! The bedding in each room is carefully selected, including pure cotton four-piece sets and silk quilts! All come with bath towels and face towels! Each bedroom has windows, making the rooms bright and airy, and the house is equipped with central air conditioning.
There is a large kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, complete cooking tools, a full set of dishes, cutlery, cutlery, water cups and coffee cups! Equipped with kettle and coffee. The living room is equipped with dining table, TV, Wi-Fi, large sofa and living room table. There is a small balcony outside with lounge chairs and a washing machine! Two cars can be parked at the door or on the roadside, making travel convenient! No parties, smoking or anything that smells like smoke in the house! The surrounding environment is very quiet and comfortable, please do not make any noise!
Only 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to the beach, 25 minutes to downtown San Francisco, and 30 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge!

We stayed there for a graduation ceremony with older people and the accommodations were amazing, it was perfect to be able to park in the driver and share the driveway as we had older people with us. We highly recommend this place.

Relatively affordable and spacious 4 bedroom for the area. So a good rental if you just need a few warm beds. Comfortable couch. But extremely minimal amenities and supplies. Kitchen wasn’t stocked enough to cook dinner so we had to order delivery. Despite that, the house felt safe and hosts were very responsive and accommodating.Some basic essentials would improve the rental so I’ll send recommendations privately to the host and hopefully that will improve!
