Guests will have access to the entire home except a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private deck, and backyard available for your exclusive use.
The Neighborhood:
Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills.
The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Pedro Point, Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches.
From the chilled out surfer to the executive looking for a place to relax - it's all here (beach, surf, whale watching, fishing, mountain bike trails, farmers market, wine bar, restaurants, bus stop, etc.), and everybody loves it - you will see!
The walk score is 90 out of 100.
Getting Around:
Pacifica is located very centrally, about 20 minutes from Half Moon Bay, 15 minutes from SFO and 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. A public bus system runs from Linda Mar, which is 2-5 minutes from the property.
A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Because the Marbella group owns lots of properties, they have a separate system which caused some confusion. There were extra fees that I was told to pay, and then not to pay, etc. They always got back to me when I reached out, but a more streamlined system without a separate process from VRBO would be ideal.
Also, be sure to bring more kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking: It’s fairly bare bones with just the very basics.
