About this house rental

Come visit our newly built 1 bedroom/1 bathroom garden suite, with a private balcony, in the desired mature neighbourhood of North Glenora. This bright modern suite offers everything you would need for a short or long-term stay. Included is free parking on the street in a quiet neighborhood, private laundry, free wifi, and a smart tv for your viewing pleasure.

We have set up our space for students, business travel or pleasure. Included is wifi, smart tv and a desk to get your work done.

We offer a contactless check-in with a private entrance to your private suite. Free street parking only.

North Glenora is known for its large mature trees. The neighbourhood is family-friendly with a park, soccer field and ice rink nearby. Centrally located there is easy access to downtown, the University of Alberta, West Edmonton Mall, Nait or MacEwan. We are also located near Westmount Mall, Telus World of Science and the popular 124th street restaurant and shopping district.

The Westmount transit station is steps away. We also have lots of free street parking and an easy cab or Uber ride within minutes of requesting one.

Since our garden suite is in a residential area, our goal as Superhosts is to have no negative impacts on our community. Guests who break our house rules may be asked to leave the property immediately.

Long-Term Rental Policy (30+ Days)
Bookings exceeding 30 days are governed by the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act. A formal residential lease agreement must be signed, and we require the first month`s rent along with a security deposit equal to one month`s rent. In accordance with provincial law, we will complete mandatory move-in and move-out inspection reports together. Your security deposit will be held in a trust account and fully refunded within 10 days of check-out, provided the property is returned in its original condition (excluding normal wear and tear). The cost of repairing any physical damage caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit as permitted by law.

- When entering the house at night, please be quiet as the entrance is close by our neighbour`s home
- Please take off your shoes at the entrance matt
- Quiet time is 10:30pm-7:00am
- Guests cannot bring animals
- Absolutely no parties
- Turn lights off when not in the suite
- Please no smoking in the suite. If you smoke, there is an ashtray provided on the balcony (please ensure cigarette butt is completely put out). Please be courteous and quiet to not disturb our neighbors. Ashtray must be used, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. There will be a $500 fine if smoking occurs inside the suite.
- Absolutely no extra unconfirmed guests or visitors
- Please do not use towels or face cloths for removing makeup. Wipes are provided. Fees apply to stained towels where stains cannot be removed
- Please do not leave windows open in winter for long periods of time
**Guests who break our house rules may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Located in the Glenora neighborhood and close to just about anything you might want to do while in Edmonton. The neighborhood is quiet on a beautiful tree lined street. While the walkway back to the space is a little narrow it was still easy to navigate. There are stairs leading up to the rental. Once inside the space is well done. Bright and cozy with the bedroom off to your left, living room straight ahead, and kitchen off to the side of that. The bathroom is located in between the kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen is galley style and appeared to have everything you would need if you are planning to cook. There is a Keurig available and K cups as well as tea. A cute little balcony with outdoor seating is accessible from the living room but unfortunately it was quite chilly during my visit so I only lasted about 10 minutes. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages and checked in during my stay to make sure things were going well. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I come back to Edmonton in the future.

Clean, quiet and convenient. This place is the one for you if youre looking to be close to the mall, gardens, zoo or science world. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and the apartment itself is stunning. I will be definitely be booking again for our next visit.
