Stay at our BEAUTIFUL studio flat with a charming Juliet balcony located in the Upper East Side! This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With an unbeatable location - minutes away from Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops! Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!
The Space:
This elegant studio features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, a renovated modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!
The space is perfect for small groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to four (4) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!
BED SPACE
The studio has two (2) beds and sleeps a total of 4 guests.
• Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 Guests
• Queen Sofa Bed (Pull-Out Couch) - Sleeps 2 Guests
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.
PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.
OTHER AMENITIES
• The Studio comes with a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, a nice Juliet balcony, shared washer and dryer.

Conveniently located very close (about 5 min walk) to the 59th St and Lexington Ave., plus Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!

• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week!

Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. Charlene from the management team was quick to respond to questions.
