Stay at our BEAUTIFUL studio flat with a charming Juliet balcony located in the Upper East Side! This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With an unbeatable location - minutes away from Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops! Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!
The Space:
This elegant studio features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, a renovated modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!
The space is perfect for small groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to four (4) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!
BED SPACE
The studio has two (2) beds and sleeps a total of 4 guests.
• Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 Guests
• Queen Sofa Bed (Pull-Out Couch) - Sleeps 2 Guests
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.
PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.
OTHER AMENITIES
• The Studio comes with a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, a nice Juliet balcony, shared washer and dryer.
• Luggage Storage Available

Conveniently located very close (about 5 min walk) to the 59th St and Lexington Ave., plus Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!

• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Just the right size and spot for an overnight stay near the busyness of midtown Manhattan. Great amenities, quiet, and wonderful communications. I’d stay again.

Was a wonderful stay and everything worked. They could have used more pillows but the bed was very comfortable and they had plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, etc in the kitchen. Kid friendly and the building was nice and a good neighborhood!They do need to do something about the curtains for the high windows as the street light shines in all night!Thanks for a great stay - way better than a hotel! We will be back!!!

Nice area and close to Central Park and East 63rd trains. On 2nd floor and one window didn’t fully close so traffic noise very loud overnight. Overall decent value for NYC.
