    This was my first time staying at a La Quinta or Wyndham property. I wasn’t disappointed. I loved the staff, especially the front desk. She was prepared for all of us flight attendant/pilot interviewees. I loved it. She was informative on how to get to Benny, the shuttle driver, her check in process was absolutely outstanding. She was all very informative on when we would need to be ready for the shuttle process the next morning. She was quick, but extremely knowledgeable and kind. The room was nice and spacious, but I do feel that it could have been cleaner. I found hair all over the room and bathroom sink, which was unfortunate. They did have a lot of options for breakfast, which surprised me! But overall, I loved my experience. The front desk agent definitely was the difference, in my opinion. I hate that I didn’t get her name, but she was amazing.

    I needed a room after my flight was cancelled. Websites would only let me book for the next day since it was after midnight. Front desk said don't worry and moved my dates.

    Breakfast was horrible, under cooked sausage, no pan cakes, the pancake machine was broken, Cold Gravy, just a total waste of money, will not be staying there again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but can't let it go this time. Then as I was returning to the hotel, the lady who was cooking was out front of the hotel smoking cigarettes where customers can see her.

    Property was older than expected. Check in was easy and super nice young lady at front desk. But when I got to elevator it was filthy. Floor was smudged with dirt and who knows what. That was the first major turn off since it had not be mopped or cleaned in who knows how long. Got to my floor and it was dim and old carpet. Room was decent but furniture was very old and worn. Chair in room was dingy and dirty. Tv didn’t work and ac was on 79 and wouldn’t turn cooler. Stayed for about 15 minutes before I decided to get online and book another hotel and I checked out and left. It was a waste of money but I had peace of mind in a newer cleaner hotel.
