The property was very clean, very quiet, non-smoking environment with an awesome view of the harbor. There is a nice little balcony, air conditioning and quiet refrigerator with kitchen facilities for meal preparation. It is right next to the Skopelos pie shop.
It is not ideal for those who cannot handle the stairs coming up from the port. We decided right away that a rental car was needed. It is easy to get lost in the many alleys upon returning from the harbor.

Great value with a nice view of the port. The balcony is shaded in both the morning and afternoon. Friendly owner. Very nice studio with a fully functional kitchen with a coffee pot and a kettle. Good air conditioning. Very clean and cleaned by staff every three days. Try the traditional Skopelos cheese pies next door.
Very minor issues. Solar hot water is only hot in the afternoon. Shower curtain does not completely cover the shower. A lot of stairs to the port, but we knew that before arriving.
