Location very good. Balcony overlooking pool area and south west facing. Pool and lounge area very nice. Very good fridge freezer.

Electronic door lock is a good idea but needs setting up before you can access , this took us about 15 minutes when we arrived , no good if you are not technical. There is an electronic door bell camera , which means that owners know when you are leaving and entering the property and can hear conversations. On entering the apartment you are greeted with a huge brown stain on the cieling. There are no doors to bathroom cupboards or bedroom wardrobes. The shower fluctuates from cold to dangerously hot on its own. There was no hot water for 24 hours on our second day. Shutters to all windows are faulty. We had to open windows to pull down shutters. Workman repairing newly laid tiles from 8.30am until early evening every day so constantly noisy at pool area. Neighbours next door were VERY noisy both night and day. The flat and soft furnishings are very dated and is need of a full renovation . We have travelled to Los Boliches over the last 30 years and stayed at many apartments. This is a very poor standard apartarment and are surprised that Booking.com allow this standard of apartment on thier website.
