Appartamento molto bello, aria fresca, dotato di tutti i comfort, condizionatore in ogni stanza, e un balcone con una vista magnifica. Palestra e piscina ad uso gratuito. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e premuroso, aiutandomi con attenzione a risolvere il problema del check-in anticipato. Il tempo trascorso a Mostar è stato davvero indimenticabile.

The style and the location

The apartment is not especially kid-friendly, as there are many glass decorations and vases placed around. Payment needed to be settled in cash. Besides, the staff’s English is limited, which caused some confusion during communication. Staff mentioned the pool was open until midnight, while the landlord told us the following day that closing time was 9 pm. We got feedback regarding our child crying and me speaking loudly in the evening. Our little one was simply worn out, so I rushed to bring him back inside to minimise noise from his crying. Shortly before check-out, my baby accidentally knocked over a vase when I was about to place it back in its original spot. I informed the landlord right away. The landlord requested €30 compensation for this JYSK vase, which we felt was a little high. Eventually, I suggested €20, which I considered a reasonable settlement. We were not informed that there is a parking fee of €30 per day for the underground garage.
