Bezproblemowe zameldowanie,przestrzen, lazienka przy kazdej sypialni. Dobry stosunek jakosci do ceny. Blisko centrum,doslownie 3 minuty pieszo.Jadąc do Katani naczytałam się, że okolice są nieciekawe i ludzie nie czują się bezpiecznie. Bzdura! Katania jest brudna, ale ma swój klimat. Ani razu nie czułam się tam niebezpiecznie,a chodziliśmy po mieście rownież wieczorem.
Mogłoby być czyściej. Duzo zepsutych drobiazgów, wypadające klamki, popsute deski sedesowe. Ciężko zamykające się okna i drzwi. Uszkodzona uszczelka w lodówce, ale... Jesli nie jesteś Pańcią oczekującą luksusów za niską cenę to spokojnie mozesz brać ten lokal. Wanna, prysznic,plytki w łazienkach są po prostu stare i stąd pewnie niedomyte. Gdybym miala jeszcze raz wybierać miedzy drogim lokalem a tym to wziełabym ten.

l'appartement est bien placée, très grand, bien agencé, pas très loin du marché de poissons, du centre et des restaurants. Nous avions tous notre chambre et salle de bains personnelle. Nous manquions de vaisselle, le proprio nous les a apporté rapidement.
quelques détails à faire remarquer. Nous étions 7 et le chauffe eau est vraiment trop juste. Pour manger, la table était trop petite, on était serré et nous n'avons pas pu nous servir de la hotte qui n'était pas bien fixée.
poue finir, l'appartement au dessus n'a pas de porte, ce qui fait que lorsque les personnes qui l'on loué sont arrivées, on entendait tout. Surtout quand elles rentraient en pleine nuit et parlaient fort ou qu'elles mettaient la musique à fond.

Мястото на апартамента е в самия център. Което е много удобно. Имахме всичко необходимо, пералня, сешоар, кафемашина, хладилник, климатици във всяка стая и т.н.
Няма нещо което да не ми е харесало.

Appartamento con 3 stanze e 3 bagni
Totale stato di decadenza:
- tutte le tavolette del wc sono rotte
- sporco (sia bagni che cucina... c era persino sabbia nel lavello)
- il letto non ha lenzuolo superiore ma solo piumino sporco (aveva caccole attaccate nella parte verso il coprimaterasso)
- pavimenti usurati
- porte che faticano a chiudersi
- impianto elettrico molto pericoloso: abbiamo messo in carica il cellulare e si è staccata la spina
