Oli väga puhas, sisustus kena, kõik vajalik oli olemas, asukoht kesklinna lähedal.

Haapsalu on väike linna ja seetõttu oli asukoht väga hea, kõik on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter ise asub aga heal vaiksel tänaval. Kuigi aknad on tänava poole, ei kostnud mingit müra.
