It is very cosy and you have everything you need in the space. Also, the host is very friendly.

Great old wooden house in the middle of Haapsalu close to the sea. We stayed in an apartment on the lower floor, very well equipped. There is heating, which we did not use, but would be needed on cold days. A private sauna in the appartment for use for 20 euros. A well equipped kitchen. Very friendly hosts. Short walk to the Main Street. Can highly recommend the place!

Stone walls on this lower floor appartment, could maybe be cold during cooler days, but there is heating.

I expected much more than hostel type accommodation for 85 euros a night. The bathroom is home built and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Both taps and sink were very dirty. See photo. There is no where to hang anything at all on the bathroom, so you have to put towels or clothes outside on a chair. The shower head was not adjustable and shot out straight to the shower curtain, and ended up soaking the floor outside. You could also hear everything in the bathroom next door. Clean bed linens were provided, but the bed was not made. Balcony doors did not fully shut or lock.
