The property was clean, modern and very comfortable. It is centrally located for the pubs, cafes and cricket club. It also has plenty of parking. Alison and Peter were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The Stable is a little hidden gem in Overstrand! It is set back from the main road so there's no traffic noise. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need. The lounge/dining area has a reclining sofa which is great for putting your feet up after a day of walking and exploring. The bathroom is well set out and the bed was super comfy and a wardrobe is so much better than a hanging rail! There is a pub and a hotel about a minutes walk away, a shop is a 2 minute walk away and the beach and a cafe are a 5 minute walk away. There are regular buses into Cromer. Alison and Peter are wonderful hosts! Very knowledgeable of the local area and always available to help out.
