About this cottage rental
Gaze out to sea from this Art Deco-style house in Overstrand. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom house sits in an enviable position in the North Norfolk village, within 350 metres of the beach and close to shops and eateries. From here, pick up the Norfolk Coast Path and stride out in either direction. Visit Cromer, Sheringham and other seaside towns and villages or simply spend time basking in the sunshine in your private lawned garden.
Open the front door, shuffle off your flip-flops or unlace your walking boots and head inside to find immaculate accommodation. Wander down the hall to the kitchen/diner, where you can open the glass doors to the garden and bring the outside in. Rustle up tasty holiday treats in the chic kitchen then dine together at the table or out in the fresh sea air of the garden. Watch TV in here or gather in lounge for a movie night in together. A family shower room, with a WC, is also located downstairs. Head up to the first floor to find the family bathroom and your beautiful bedrooms. These include a king-size room where you can wake up and look out over towards the sea. There is also a twin room and a bunk bedroom for the younger members of your party. Enjoy the garden together on fine days. Grill supper out here on the BBQ and spend a little time star-gazing on clear nights.
Plan trips out to the beach in Cromer, where you can also walk out along the pier, see a show in the theatre or take the children to the zoo. Sheringham, 7 miles away, is a quieter seaside town. The National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, 5 miles away, is great for a parkland walk or for those who enjoy exploring historic houses.
