- Man teilt sich die Wohnung mit Gästen aus einem anderen Zimmer, ist an sich aber nicht schlimm, man kann sich gut aus dem Weg gehen ( WG ähnlich) - Wohnzimmer etwas altbacken, auch vom Einrichtungsstil
