Location was perfect, facilities second to none, beds were very comfortable, bedding good quality.
Having parking for two cars was perfect for our party.
Having to pay a security deposit which we paid and hope for it to be returned. We are elderly and could not access the Wi-Fi, our error but not helped by unhelpful and rude staff/owner after a very long journey.
We could not find anyone to help even by phoning or going to reception. When we found someone we were reprimanded by going to the wrong door, also told to shush by another member of staff who said a yoga class was in progress.
It was not a good start but the actual accommodation was beautiful, clean, and perfect.
