Not much - I felt it was tired and grubby and the floors needed re-polishing.
Having to pick up the keys from a neighbouring hotel and deliver them back on leaving. Having to put out all our rubbish.
In at 4pm and out at 10am with no flexibility when the cleaning lady comes at 10 am.
Poor lighting in the bedroom and one of the side lamps didn’t work.
No knives in the cutlery drawer to speak of.

Logement très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du Vieux port, mais aussi du parc de la colline Puget. Récupération des clés facile, même si pas tout à fait à côté. L'appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire. Le balcon est vraiment agréable.
Un seul point délicat : un fonds de commerce de restauration rapide très fréquenté est situé en bas de l'immeuble, qui évacue ses fumées de cuisine dans la cheminée d'extraction commune, créant une odeur forte et désagréable dans la salle de bain essentiellement. Hélas, les propriétaires n'y peuvent pas grand chose et cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Great location near the Old Port - you can walk everywhere from the apartment. Great system of collecting the keys from the Ibis hotel and the host was vey responsive and checked on us to see that we were OK and didn't need anything. It was comfortable and clean, they provided very good information about Marseille, and I would recommend. Thank you for a lovely long birthday weekend!
Check-out was at 10am, which seems a little early - hotels normally give you until 11am - and the cleaner arrived at 10am on the dot! However they did allow us an early check-in, which was very kind.

This quiet, spatious, clean, one-bedroom apartment is located in a residential building in one of the more attractive parts of Marseille (St. Victor) full of cafés, restaurants and small shops, yet with the rest of the city center (incl. the Old Harbour) within walking distance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine) and a balcony. The bed was excellent.
1. Collection of the keys at the nearby IBIS Budget hotel is a convenient solution for the owners but a little less so for guests (no code: no keys!).
2. There must be a way to activate the lamp on the right hand side of the bed. But we did not find it.
