Great location and very clean throughout.
Outside street can be quite loud at night and into the early hours but that didn’t bother us, however if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful this may not be ideal for you.

The property is very clean and new , close to everything and in the center of Cannes
I didn’t like that it was small for 3 people it’s only enough for 2 people, if you have luggage’s I don’t recommend because you have to take them upstairs as the elevator is very small and starts from level 1 and you can’t fit bags in it

The apartment is new with high quality amenities. The location is amazing!
The elevator was a bit claustrophobic & slow. Not enough storage space or closets.
