Perfect!

Truly an absolute recommendation! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and in a fantastic location. It’s fully equipped with everything you need! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They checked in with us several times to ask if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. Very pleasant and personal service. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. We will definitely come back!

Would stay again! Great proximity to the beach

very comfortable bed, large mirrors in the bedroom for getting ready. the bathroom is very large and has a big shower. the kitchen is stocked with beverages and Nespresso pods which is lovely. the room as an AC which works great. we had a balcony in both the bedroom and living room and there are large tvs in both main spaces.

the elevator tube was not working so we had to carry our very large luggage up all of the stairs. also even if the tube elevator was working to send out luggage up in, it's up a flight of stairs. also, the building has a faint smell of garbage and that has been the case both times we stayed so we're not sure where it's coming from - maybe there is a trash shute?

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Cannes

Beautifully decorated stylish apartment. Excellent location in the heart of Cannes with numerous good restaurants and shops nearby. Less then a minutes walk from the Croisette. Every amenity was provided. The hosts have thought of everything to make a very comfortable, luxurious stay. Jennifer, the host was a pleasure to communicate with. The little balcony was lovely to step out on and take in the views of the city and beach. Everything was just perfect.

We loved everything about the property. We were on the 4th floor, so lots of steps, but we did not mind, as we enjoyed the view from the higher floor. As it is in the heart of the city, there is some noise at night from the restaurants, but again we expected this and really enjoyed being so centrally located.

Amazing location, cannot wait to stay here again

This place is exactly what an airbnb / hotel should be, clean well appointed and extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the host and excellent amenities throughout. I feel bad taking a point off for the lack of lift and noise because this place is a 10. Will definitely stay at Le XV on my next visit to Cannes, thank you.

Shame the lift out of service, little noisy till about 12:30am due to surrounding bars and restaurants

The colours, furnishings were nice. Cleanliness was very good.

5th floor and difficult to go in lift for people who are claustrophobic. Was able to put suitcases though so that’s good.

Apartment is a NEW,clean, beautiful,modern,you have all what you want like in home.Location is a middle of the luxury center,the best restaurant and boutique, two tv and Netflix,kitchen modern and all you need,beds are so comfortable.Balcony perfect to rest and looking a beautiful people,perfect insulation-when you close a window nothing is heard.We stay with two kods and this apartment is perfect,close to see. Appartamento da sogno in centro a Cannes

L'appartamento è eccezionale, è stato di recente rinnovato e arredato davvero con gusto, raramente ho incontrato locali a questo livello d'eccellenza, complimenti. Il gestore ci ha fatto trovare a disposizione del caffè, del latte e per i piccoli del cioccolato, davvero super!

Precisando che sono dei minor, ma considerando l'attenzione ai dettagli suggerirei: - specificare agli ospiti che l'ascensore è minimalista, più di una valigia e una persona alla volta non è possibile far salire - ricordare e digitare un codice numerico di 9 (NOVE!) cifre per aprire la porta dell'appartamento non è la cosa più immediata per chiunque, se avessi lasciato per sbaglio il cellulare in casa sarei ancora fuori a provare la combinazione giusta... magari valutare una soluzione tipo mobile code, dove il codice può essere inserito nel cellulare NFC... - far trovare un manualetto su come funziona il microonde, molto di design ma non proprio immediato... :P
