Tīrība bija augstā līmenī. Virtuve aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo, pat kafija - paldies par to. Dzīvokļa platība atbilstoša 4 cilvēkiem un ja labi grib var plus 1, jo pieejams liels dīvāns.
Sakarā ar remonta darbiem uz ielas jābūt uzmanīgiem novietojot mašīnu, kā arī svētdienas vakarā pēc 22:00 bija izaicinājums atrast brīvu vietu. Mašīnu var nākties novietot tālāk nekā ierasti. Nav kondicionieris, bet atvēri logi atvieglo situāciju.
