We absolutely loved this apartment! It is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, has great amenities (it even had a waffle maker!) Loved the interior.
The location is great, close to everyting - restaurants, the Ferry terminal, public transportation.
Overall this apartment is an amazing place to stay.
One thing I found unusual was the additional reservation fee. I rarely come across such charges. It wasn't processed through Booking.com but rather a different platform, which felt a bit suspicious at first. But everything turned out just fine, the fee was released back to my account 2 days after we checked-out.

Pats loftas gražiai įrengtas, švarus, tvarkingas.
Buvome su dviem vaikais, gaila, patalynė buvo realiai tik vienam vaikui ant didelės sofos (pati sofa buvo patogi), teko dalintis, o vienam vietoj kaldros reikėjo užtiesaliuką naudoti. Siūlyčiau dar vieną patalynės komplektą įsigyti. Gaila, kad tv rodė tik youtube, net standartinių kanalų nebuvo. Labai nepatiko situacija dėl parkavimosi, prie pat pastato labai brangu dienai (ir nėra jokių parkavimosi apmokestinimo ženklų. Gerai, kad šeimininkas informavo apie kainą) ;norint pigiau, reikėjo parkuotis toliau, labai nepatogu. Na ir labiausiai kas gadino visą viešnagę tikrai gražiam lofte, tai naktinis triukšmas iš šalia esančių butų (kurie panašu nuomoja irgi), vieną naktį vien jaunimas ošė su trankia muzika ir vaikščiojimu parūkyt iki 7h ryto, kitą naktį iš viršaus iki paryčių muziką įjungę, bei girdėjosi kalbos vien kai nutyla muzika). Visiškai nesigavo pailsėti.
