Posizione eccellente, molto comoda ben servita dai mezzi, con locali e servizi ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla (zero rumori dalla strada, anzi si sentivano solo i gabbiani al mattino!). Camera da letto spaziosa. Balcone con vista sui tetti di Roma apprezzatissimo! Bagno attrezzato con tutto, e in cucina c'era anche la macchinetta per il caffè con le cialde. Host reattivo e disponibile (abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno e ha risposto subito alle nostre richieste). Appartamento semplice ma pulito.
Il divano letto è piuttosto scomodo, molto rumoroso, e tenendolo aperto rimane davvero poco spazio per muoversi e praticamente non si riesce più ad usare il tavolo, quindi forse più adatto a due persone (noi eravamo due adulti e due bambini). L'appartamento confina con un altro appartamento attraverso pareti davvero sottili, se i vicini sono rumorosi (per fortuna a noi è successo solo una notte au tre) può essere un problema. Sale odore di cucina dai locali di sotto (ma solo agli orari dei pasti, e in realtà tenendo tutto chiuso non si sente).
