La posizione, la climatizzazione e la disponibilità dell’host a rispondere abbastanza celermente alle richieste di chiarimenti al telefono
La posizione al pianterreno altezza strada e un Wifi molto debole ( all’Interno della casa i nostri Vodafone non avevano alcuna linea).

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. Struttura molto pulita, nuova e ben arredata.
ATTENZIONE: Nell'annuncio non è specificato che il bagno, seppur privato, è situato all'esterno della camera. Provando a chiedere chiarimenti in merito al bagno, la signora che gestisce la struttura si è dimostrata poco cortese: della serie "se ti piace è così". Peccato.

La camera non aveva nessun difetto, credo sia ristrutturata da poco. Molto carina, bella spaziosa, aria condizionata moderna, doccia bella grande. La struttura mette a disposizione anche un secondo bagno esterno alla camera e una bella cucina con salottino. Alloggio semplice ma perfetto. Posizione molto centrale. Unica difficoltà è la ricerca del parcheggio ma questo non dipende dalla struttura, ma dal tipo di località. C'è un grande parcheggio a pagamento a 10 minuti a piedi.
