Das Zimmer war sauber und mit Wasserkocher, nagelneuer Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank sehr gut ausgestattet.
Handtücher, Gläser, Besteck, Teller, Spülmittel, Spültuch, eine Flasche Wasser pP und eine Rolle Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden.
Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war sehr gut.
Das Bett war recht hart aber dennoch ok bequem.
Die Lage war zwar sehr versteckt aber durch ein vorher zugesandtes Video dennoch gut auffindbar und sehr zentral (unbedingt die Adresse hier raus kopieren und nicht bei Maps nach „Casa di diciembre“ suchen, sonst kommt man am falschen Ort an!!). Durch die Lage in einer Seitenstraße auch eher ruhig und nicht zu laut zum schlafen.
Personal war über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat zeitnah geantwortet.
Waschmaschine zur Selbstbenutzung stand zur Verfügung.
Dadurch dass kein Personal vor Ort war gab es keinen Zimmerservice/ neues Toilettenpapier oÄ.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein (es hatten keine zwei aufgeklappten Koffer auf dem Boden Platz), aber für einen Aufpreis stünden auch größere Zimmer zur Verfügung.

Posizione ottima, nonostante fosse un self checkin e non vedj di persona il proprietario comunque è stato super disponibile su whatsapp e ha risposto subito alle mie domande. Camera pulita, bagno pulito, facile da accedere. Posizione ottima, molto vicina al centro. Aria condizionata funzionante, wifi funzionante.

"i loved how peaceful my sleep was being tucked away in a alley, plus, easy clear instrcutions from host and wifi. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location to walk everywhere."
