Location and a bid parking space.
Needs to have more pots and pans and more variety in kitchen utensils such as chopping board and a kettle. The property has a high ceiling but there is a skylight right above the sofa bed. You wake up early because of this. Air-conditioning is okay but since the loft bedroom is bear the ceiling it tends to still get hot even when the air con is at full blast.
