What an amazing find, not a holidaying place but perfect if you arrive or depart to or from Alicante Airport on a really early or really late flight. The property is stunning, very clean, great aircon, very comfortable bed with lovely white sheets, great shower, basic equipment in kitchen, very quiet and very private for a perfect sleep. I will most definitely stay here again. 6 minutes drive from the Airport.
No instructions on how to use the hob. Everything else PERFECTO!

The apartment was new, with good appliances, comfortable, and nice staff
Hard to reach, confusing, need a car to stay here, no public transport and not at walking distance. Closest restaurant 4km away, same as city center.

Host was great. Wait for us at 2am and handed the keys. Very pleasant and polite.

Unfortunately we did not receive the details for the key box and were waiting outside the property. We have two small children so this wasn't ideal. The owner did come and meet us eeventually
We found the property too cold. I'm sure it would be fine in the summer months but we were there in March and the night was cold. There was also a very bad smell coming from the bath in the bedroom, I think it was the drain. It was mostly clean but there were some stains on the sheets and a musky perfumey smell which didn't feel fresh
