A lovely stay at this property. A nice owner Veronica who was helpful. The owner has invested in this period building and it has nice windows and doors. The property is located in a rural setting.

Guests are asked to provide 500 euros in cash as a deposit. If you are like us, from the UK where it is not the national currency this means changing up a lot of money which you cannot spend during your stay. This is more than we have been asked before as a deposit but just good to know you need this amount. This means also that you need to see the owner before you leave the property to get your deposit back after she makes a personal inspection of the property. Make sure you factor this in should you be catching a ferry. Make sure you are aware where the property is located as it can be tricky to find so you need a working phone with sat nav. At the time of our stay, last month, there was no indication of the number on the actual house so you are not 100% certain you have the right place but we compared the online picture which is similar. The owner had gates fitted at the end of our stay so it may now be labelled? Be also aware that there is a cleaning fee added to the price of £121 [ I believe this does not cover the kitchen so guests have to ensure that is clean] and there is a city tax of £34 which the owner has not control over.

Réalité correspond aux images. En pleine campagne entouré de moutons... Belle location ,récente, quelques petits aménagements à apporter au fil du temps mais très confortable .Propriétaires très à l écoute et discrets,

Vaste maison moderne très confortable, issue d'un ancien pressoir renové très récemment. On a trouvé tout ce qu'il fallait pour faire la cuisine et manger, en quantité plus que suffisante. Et détail important : assez de place dans les canapés pour tout le monde ! Elle est située très au calme, mais à un petit quart d'heure de Pont Audemer où on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin : restaurants, magasins, supermarchés. La localisation est idéale pour visiter la côte fleurie ou Rouen, tout en restant loin de la foule. La famille a particulièrement apprécié les nombreuses salles d'eau. Il est très possible que l'on revienne rapidement.

Même si ça n'est pas très écologique, on aurait préféré avoir une machine à capsules pour le café, plus pratique qu'une cafetière à filtres.
