Charming house in the Normandy countryside ideally located for visiting our region: 20 minutes from Honfleur and the Coast, 30 minutes from Deauville, 45 minutes from Caen and Rouen ...
The house has a garden (with independent entrance) where you can relax: sun loungers, a garden furniture and a BBQ will be at your disposal.
On the ground floor, you will benefit from a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine), a lounge (with sofa bed) TV, board games, a shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: Mezzanine level with cupboards, 2 bedrooms.

Lovely gite in rural Normandy. Very friendly host who was great at communicating. Only downside was that the washing machine was not working during out stay.

A former sheep shed from 1802, beautifully renovated. The route to come there is an adventure on is own. It is really hidden in the woods. Picture made when everything just was finished, bushes and trees are a little bigger now.Contact whit the owner was very nicely. We enjoyed the quietness and nature. Also very nice villages in the surroundings.

We only stopped one night with our dogs who absolutely loved the garden. Thank you for the Christmas tree it was a lovely touch. Very clean and well equipped. Would happily stop again.

il ne manque rien et l 'accueil est vraiment cordial et notre est vraiment au petit soin et à l'écoute de nos besoins. au printemps avec les pommiers en fleurs , les hortensias et le cours d eau et les chevaux et les vaches, c'est vraiment la normandie .

Trotz seines Alters ist dieses normannische Fachwerkhaus wunderbar restauriert und bietet 2 bis 4 Leuten durch die komplette Ausstattung allen Komfort. Sehr gute Betten mit festen Matratzen, großes Bad, bequeme Dusche, Geschirrspülmaschine, Fernsehen, WiFi - nichts fehlt. Die behagliche Atmosphäre im Haus wird durch das große Grundstück wunderbar ergänzt: Grill- und Liegegelegenheiten, Obstbäume, Gemüsegarten ... Besonders für Leute, die wie wir mit einen Hund verreisen, ist das Grundstück ein echter Vorteil, da bei der Familie Césard Hunde frei herumlaufen dürfen. Die Besitzer, Pascal Césard und seine Frau Isabelle, bereiteten uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang, haben uns gute Tipps gegeben und uns großzügig mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten aus dem eigenen Garten und der eigenen Küche verwöhnt. Uns hat verwundert, dass in der Normandie so gute Feigen wachsen. Auch die "tarte tatin" der Gastgeberin hat hervorragend geschmeckt. In der Nähe von Toutainville befinden sich eine Reihe von verschiedenen lohnenden Ausflugszielen, die praktisch alle mit dem Auto zwischen 20 Minuten und einer guten Stunde erreichbar sind, so dass sich das Haus der Césards besonders gut für Leute eignet, die mehrere Facetten der Normandie kennenlernen möchten. Als Radfahrer kann man problemlos kleine charmante Orte in der Nähe erkunden oder auch größere Touren planen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Normandie sehr gut gefallen, was nicht zuletzt mit der schönen Unterkunft und unseren freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern zu tun hat. Die 7 Tage vergingen wie im Flug, und gerne wären wir noch etwas länger geblieben. In dem Sinne Isabelle und Pascal Césard ein herzliches Dankeschön.
