The location of the property is fantastic. The welcome pack was amazing…… best ever! Inside the property, everything has really been well thought out and everything is provided…… it really is a comfortable property.

Despite having quite a lot of communication with the agents…… nobody was there to meet us on arrival…. Which meant we had to call the office and stand outside waiting for someone to bring the keys….. not good enough! The house was only cleaned once during our stay….. until we asked for it to be done again….. we stayed for 10nights…. So feel you should really look at the cleaning schedule for longer stays. We had too make our own way from the port….. the last time we stayed on the island….. in a much cheaper property, may I add….. we were picked up from the port and dropped off again on departure!! I think when you pay around £2200 for a stay…. This is something that should be included. The WiFi in the house isn’t good and needs looked at. There are no outside lights on the stairs up to the house….. there is a light at the bottom that comes on but none actually up the stairs for the property….. an actual light is there, but didn’t work….. which is quite dangerous. The water pressure in the house was fine when nobody was in the property below, but when this was occupied for 4 days while we were there, our water pressure and water delivery was just a dribble and not even enough to keep the shower running……. When we contacted the agent they said it was a problem on the island, however when the guests checked out of the property….. we had normal pressure and water again!!! There is no guest directory in the property at all….. As an example…..we didn’t know what to do with all the garbage…… if anything went wrong, who to contact etc etc. The lady that eventually came to give us the keys only told us how to heat the water if it wasn’t hot!!….. which was never going to be needed in the temperatures we had when we were there! There is only 1 set of keys to the house…… which is quite inconvenient….. and if one went out with the other one still in the house, they had to take the keys to get back in….. which meant they took the tab for the power to the house!!…not good!

We were told someone would meet us at the property no one did the lock box was open so I took them out and opened the property

The service was fantastic. The location is ideal. Cleanliness. It was all faultless. The only thing I would say is that you need to be fairly mobile. It is not as clear as all that but the bedrooms are at the top of ladders like boat ones. If you are comfortable with this then the flat is just gorgeous. But it needs to be stated clearly that if you have mobility issues both the stairs going up to the building and the ladders to go to bed could be prohibitively tricky.
