Suite Vénusa - jacuzzi privatif - Hypercentre

Camera molto bella, bene illuminata, con aria condizionata e impianto di deumidificazione, arredata con gusto e ben pulita.

Comunicazione pessima da parte dei proprietari/gestori che non rispondono alle richieste, offrono servizi esclusivi (petali, candele champagne, check-in anticipato o ritardato) per poi ulteriormente non rispondere dopo avergli inviato la tua scelta. Risultato: siamo arrivati all’indirizzo e non ci avevano informato che con l’auto non era raggiungibile e non ci hanno detto come comportarci in alternativa (quale parcheggio). La porta d’ingresso non era all’indirizzo indicato, ma dietro l’angolo quindi a un indirizzo e numero differente si trovava la box per il ritiro chiavi. Abbiamo ricevuto le indicazioni solo dopo aver telefonavo perché non sapevamo come entrare. Per la colazione non c’era latte e yogurt, decisamente scarsa, e l’asciugatrice era in funzione al nostro arrivo e per le due ore e mezza successive 😳😳 Dopo le nostre lamentele si sono scusati dicendo che si impegnano per migliorare, ma ho letto una recensione del 2024 con le stesse identiche critiche, quindi significa che in un anno non hanno fatto proprio niente per risolvere i problemi e “migliorare”.

The room is absolutely beautiful. Beautifully decorated, lovely shower and jacuzzi bath, lovely lighting. I loved the room. Fantastic location (see below for comments on info regarding parking etc and pedestrian zone), loved the property itself and was happy to pay what felt like a lot of money given how it sounded on booking.com but there were some disappointments with breakfast, communication about how to pick up keys. Good communication from the host during the stay checking everything was ok.

The price is too high. The check in at 5pm is quite late but we accepted this because it looked so nice. I had to prompt the host to send the key collection details at quarter to six. The location is excellent but it would have been useful to know it was in a pedestrianised zone so we had to park first and then take luggage to the property. The towels did not dry during the two night stay so it would be good to have fresh towels each day. Breakfast was hidden in the bread-bin so we missed this on the first day thinking this had not been provided. There was no milk provided. The tumble dryer was still on and had laundry in it - it would have been good to use this for our towels during the stay.
