Location and size of property
Garden furniture not clean. Master bathroom shower area not clean Upstairs bedroom flooring missing and bathroom looked very outdated. Kitchen skylights areas full of cobwebs and dead insects which sat above the dining table

House was very homely, warm, clean and comfortable. Great location - we walked to the beach within 20minutes. Felt like a home away from home - we will definitely be back.
